Device Pick-Up Schedule
All students in Pembroke Public Schools will be provided with remote learning devices. The younger students will receive an Ipad and the older students will receive a Chromebook.
Device pick-up schedules vary by each building. All schedules are posted to the website calendar. If you cannot pick-up a device during the scheduled time frame, please contact your building administrators directly.
Students will be expected to use a school-issued device while in school. We cannot support personal devices at school, nor can we push out important software on personal devices. Students are free to use their personal devices at home, although we strongly encourage them to use the school-issued device so our Technology Department can troubleshoot any issues.
Please review the below times and dates for device pick-up from each building. Please make sure to maintain social distancing and wear a mask. (bandannas and neck gaiters are not permitted.)
Bryantville Elementary School will offer two opportunities for Grades 2-6 students assigned to Cohort B or Cohort D to pick up Chromebooks. Although the district designation has been communicated, you will also receive a letter soon which further communicates your child’s cohort designation. The opportunities for Cohorts B and D device pickup are the following dates and times:
Friday, September 11th from Noon-3:00 PM
Monday, September 14th from 9:00 AM-Noon
No one will be allowed to enter the school in order to secure a device. Please pull up to the front of the building and a staff member will deliver your device and any other materials ready for pickup at that time. We ask that you please wear a mask for your safety and the well-being of our staff.
Please note that students in Kindergarten and Grade One will receive an IPAD. We will send a separate communication regarding IPAD pickup.

Students who are in Cohort A&C will have their devices on their first day of school and will be distributed by their homeroom teacher. Students in Cohort B and D can pick up during the times/dates listed below:
Friday 9/11 at Hobomock Elementary School
grades K-2 11:00-1:00
grades 3-6 1:00-3:00
Devices will be distributed by the cafeteria door in the front courtyard.
North Pembroke Elementary School:
- Students in Cohort B and D may pick up Chromebooks from 8-11 am tomorrow. Please pull in to the front driveway of North (in front of the cafeteria) and a staff member will bring the device to you. Please do not exit your vehicle.
- Students in Cohort A and C will receive devices in their classrooms on Tuesday.
- PreK Students: A separate device pick update will be scheduled for next week.
If you are unable to pick-up your device during that time, please email Principal Swift to schedule an alternate time.
Pembroke Community Middle School:
Students in Cohort A & C will receive Chromebook in school during Titan Homeroom. Students in Cohort B will need to pick up their Chromebook prior to the first day of school on September 15th.
PCMS Chromebooks can be picked up Thursday, September 10th from 11:30-2 pm, Friday, September 11th from 8-10:30 am or Monday, September 14th from 11:30-2 pm.
The pick-up process will be similar to the spring. Families should drive into the front parking lot (where buses drop off) and a staff member will come out to the car to walk you through the process.
