PHS Room and Computer Lab calendars are now in Google.  Please follow the instructions below to view room availability and make a reservation.  

• Click Here to go to your Google Calendars:  calendar.google.com
• Shared room calendars are under Other Calendars
• Use the checkboxes to select and deselect calendars as needed to view availability
• Click the Create button at the top right
• Enter the date and time/period of your reservation
• BE SURE to select the correct calendar from the drop down at the bottom of the window
• Click SAVE
