Important Dates:

• To be eligible to play, all athletes MUST have the following completed by the first day of practice: 
  

• Register 
  (A new registration form needs to be filled out prior to each season -fall, winter, spring)
  
  
• User fee handed into PCMS front office or PHS athletic office
  $50 per season (PCMS cap of $100 for all three seasons)
  PHS/PCMS family cap of $385
  (Please include phone number and child’s name on check)
  
  
• Updated physical that covers the athlete through the entire season (physicals last 13 months). All physicals should be passed into PCMS Nurse Earner
  
  
• Sports offered at PCMS: 
  Fall: Boys & Girls Cross Country, Winter: Boys and Girls Basketball, Spring: Girls Volleyball, Boys & Girls Track & Field
