Pick A Time Instructions for Teachers

  • For teachers at the middle school and high school to see their schedule for conferences, they will need to follow the steps below: 

    • Go to www.pickatime.com
    • Click Client Login in the top right
    • New Users
      • Enter work email address as the username
      • Click Login
      • Follow the on screen prompts to create your password.
      • Once logged in, click Send Email to email yourself a copy of your schedule.
      • Click Print to print a paper copy of your schedule.
    • Returning Users
      • Enter work email address and password – If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Password
      • Once logged in, click Send Email to email yourself a copy of your schedule.
      • Click Print to print a paper copy of your schedule.
