  • Dental Sealant Program

    To: Parents and Guardians

    Mass. Dept. of Public Health Dental Sealant Program is returning to Pembroke this year and will be offering their services to K-6. Teachers will be sending home packets on Thursday 1/23/2020 for you to review and send back by Friday 1/31/2020.

    If you have any questions regarding this program after reviewing the packet, please reach out to your school nurse.

  • PTO fundraisers matter!

    Thanks to the generosity of our Bryantville families throughout the year The Museum of Science Traveling Programs will once again be visiting our school! Teachers from each grade level were able to choose which program would work with their students.

     

    Here is a list of each program:

    Kindergarten- Animal Habitats

    1st grade- Engineering Bridges Workshop

    2nd and 5th grade- different grade level versions of States of Matter

    3rd grade- Motion Forces and Energy

    4th grade-Now Hear This: The Sound of Science

    6th grade-the Starlab.

  • PTO Sweetheart Dance

    The Sweetheart Dance will be Friday, February 7, 2020, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. We will have dancing, crafts, and snacks. If anyone is interested in volunteering to help please contact Staci at 16177339357.

    Snack and water donations are always welcome.

  • Family Bingo/Pizza Night

    The Family Pizza Bingo Night will be at Bryantville Elementary (Cafeteria) on January 31, 2020, from 6:30-8:30 pm.

    $5 per person includes 2 slices of pizza and a drink.

    A flyer will be sent home next week.

    Camp Bournedale has been booked for the week of May 11 through May 15, 2020. 

    We need parent volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a chaperone, please complete the form below and submit a CORI form. 

    SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER!

    A parent information night is scheduled for February 12, 2020, at 6:30 PM. Please join us at Pembroke High School for a presentation by Patrick Hanrahan, the Camp Bournedale Representative.  This event for parents of 6th-graders who will be attending Camp Bournedale in May.  

    All of the required paperwork will be given out at this information session. A representative will also be there to answer questions about the program. 

     

    The initial deposit for Camp Bournedale is due by March 2, 2020

    The total cost of the trip is $370.  If you have any concerns regarding the cost of the trip or the payment schedule, please contact your building principal for assistance.

  • Congratulations!

    One of our students - Elliana Tabor in Grade 4 - won the 2019 Holiday Holiday Card contest from Representative Cutler's office. It will be his holiday card this year! Maria Dunn made this state-wide contest an option for our students.

  • Reminder- Pack Winter Clothes for Outdoor Recess

    Now that the winter weather has arrived we wanted to share how we make decisions about indoor recess. We use the Child Care Weather Watch that you will find at this link: https://www.ok.gov/health2/documents/weatherwatchforchildren2.pdf.

    As this chart shows, when the temperature with wind chill considered dips below 20 degrees is when we have indoor recess.

    Children love to play in the snow at recess and those without boots may need to play on the blacktop. Please dress your child appropriately if he/she wants to play in the snow.

  • Attendance Line 781-563-2050

    If your child is absent or late to school please remember to report their absence to our school. The attendance line is open to leave a message 24 hours/7 days a week. Leave your name, your child’s name, the teacher’s name, and the reason for the absence or tardiness. School hours are 8:15 am- 3:00 pm Students arriving after 8:15 are late to school.
